Phase 1
Cleanout and Fumigation

Removal of debris, hazardous materials, and pests to ensure a safe and clean foundation for everything that follows.
Phase 2
Roof and Security
$55,000
A brand new roof, reinforced windows and doors, and state of the art security systems to protect the space and the people inside it.
Phase 3
Plumbing Overhaul
$95,000
Modernized pipes, efficient fixtures, and upgraded sewer systems built for long term community use.
Phase 4
Electrical and HVAC
$115,000
Full rewiring, LED lighting, smart thermostats, and climate control so the space is safe, comfortable, and energy efficient year round.
Phase 5
Interior Renovations

ADA compliant spaces, fresh paint, new flooring, and thoughtful design that makes The G.A.P. House welcoming for everyone.

Exterior and Landscaping
